	Every apartment is fitted with cold and hot water In bath rooms and kitchen, refrigerator, piped-gas cooker. 1 blanquet and 1 cover-bed. Kitchen utensil, and color TV set.
There are washing machines to be used by the clients with no extra price. There's also an elevator for the access to each plant of the apartments. If you want bed-clothes, table-clothes, towels and kitchen-clothes, there will be an extra price of about 15% of the letting price. All the clothes would be changed every week. The tenant must keep the Apartment clean as he has found It and leave it cleaned when checking out. If he cannot do It, he must pay for the cleaning one amount that we fix In one average of 30 Euros.
